Do you want to be part of a driven and ambitious team? One that challenges each other to top performance. Are you the link between customer, account manager and internal organisation? And are you a real team player? Then you are the one we are looking for!

As a Sales Support Employee, you are the customers’ first point of contact. Do they have a question? Then you’ll help them out. A complaint? Then you will also deal with it neatly and ensure that the complaint is resolved. You often do this by discussing the complaint or question internally with a department. Marketing, purchasing or planning, for example. Together with them, you discuss the solution and ensure that the answer reaches the customer. Your customers are usually employees of distributors. That means they are not the end customer. Not the user of the product. No, they actually sell the project to other distributors or end customers. Sometimes your customer is an ignorant employee who knows nothing about the product and other times it is the CEO. It just depends on the company. Fortunately, we have a large regular customer base and we know most contact persons. That makes contact pleasant In the promotional industry, complaints are no exception. Customers approach you to discuss this and you need to be resilient, empathy is important. At the same time, this is a nice challenge to handle these conversations well.

Besides handling complaints and questions, you are also responsible for putting them properly into the system.

Besides handling complaints and queries, you are also responsible for putting them properly into the system.

You work CRM-driven. That means you work from questions that come in. This can be by phone, email or through the system. Customers come from various countries. Command of the English language in both word and writing is very important in this position. But the working language in the office is Dutch. So do you want to understand our mutual humour and conversations? Then Dutch is very useful!

Additionally, as a Sales Support Representative, you are also responsible for processing orders in our ERP system. Whether the orders come in via email, our website, or directly in the system, you ensure everything is accurate and confirm this with the customer. These are administrative tasks, so working in a structured and precise manner is essential.

As a Sales Support Employee, you will be working in an international environment. You will learn a lot about different cultures and interact with people all over Europe. One challenge of this position? Surely that is stakeholder management. Both with colleagues and customers, this is an important aspect.

Of course, we understand that you do not yet know all the ins and outs of our products. That makes sense. That is why we facilitate an extensive familiarization period. Over the months, you will learn more and more about the products and will eventually be able to work independently.
